  • Will I have to pay extra customs charges?

    For orders shipping to the US or Canada, all required taxes, VAT, import or excise duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient in their specific country.

    * If you're asked to pay any customs charges on your order within the US or Canada, please contact us. Do not pay any duties prior to contacting us.

  • Do you ship to Armed Forces / API / FPO addresses / P.O boxes?

    At the moment we can only ship to residential or business addresses.

  • How do I change my shipping address?

    Please contact us ASAP and we'll get it updated for you.  If it has already shipped, it can be re-routed via DHL.

    Yes, we require signatures on our deliveries.

  • My suit doesn't fit, what options do I have?

    We strive to make sure all apparel fits perfectly the first time, but in the rare case something does not fit properly we have you covered.

    If your suit requires alterations, take your new suit to any local tailor in your area. Simply email us with a copy of the receipt and we'll reimburse you the cost.

    Have your local tailor note how much was adjusted and where, we'll update your measurement profile so the next one fits perfectly.

  • How much do I get reimbursed for alterations?

    We cover up to $100 for alterations within the first year. *This does not include any wear from usage.

  • What if my garment cannot be altered?

    If for any reason a tailor decides your suit is unalterable, we will remake it for you completely free of charge. Contact us within 30 days from receiving your order.

  • Can I return a custom suit?

    You can return any unworn/unused suits or shirts for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us and we'll work it out.

  • Do I need a tailor to take my measurements?

    Nope!  We have developed our 14-point self measurement system with our expert clothiers to be quick, easy, and fun - designed specifically for our tailor's construction techniques.  Often times being measured by a local tailor will result in less accurate measurements.

  • Can I use the measurements from a suit I own?

    Do you know your finished garment specs?  Send us an email about ordering this way.

  • Where do I get a tape measure?

    You can pick one up from any department or fabric store.  We'll also send you a free one automatically when you place an order as a token of our appreciation!  It should arrive in 2 - 3 days.

  • How do I ensure my measurements are accurate?

    We'll guide you through the entire process.  Watch our measurement videos for clarification on measurement points, and you've got it!  We have all the faith that you can get this done accurately, but just in case our team of expert tailors will review your measurements to ensure nothing looks off.

  • My measurements are different from the other clothes I buy. Am I doing it wrong?

    Nope! If you are following our measurement instructions you’re doing it right. There is a surprising amount of inconsistency between “off-the-rack” clothing. Welcome to the big leagues.

  • How can I check the measurements I have on file?

    You can review your measurement profiles by logging in to your account and navigating to your "Measurement Profiles" page.

  • Can I change the body measurements in my account profile?

    Of course!  Just make sure you've taken careful measurements, guessing doesn't cut it.

  • Can I have multiple measurement profiles?

    Yes you can! As you get older and your body changes you can update your measurement profile, or create a new one if it’s been a while. Or maybe you're the World's Best Mom and you're buying bespoke suits for your husband and sons. Everyone can have their own profiles based on height, weight, and age.
